The metal tube float flowmeter is a variable area flowmeter based on the measurement of the float position. It adopts an all-metal structure and Modular concept design. Due to its features such as small volume, low pressure loss, large range ratio (10:1), and convenient installation and maintenance, it is widely used in flow measurement and process control under complex and harsh environments in various industries, where small flow rates, low flow rates, and various harsh medium conditions are required.

The series of metal tube float flowmeters offer a variety of measurement forms for users to choose from, catering to different user demands and occasions. According to the output form, it can be classified into local indication type, remote transmission output type and control alarm type. According to the explosion-proof requirements, it can be further divided into three types: ordinary type, intrinsically safe type and isolated explosion-proof type.

The metal tube float flowmeter adopts the internationally advanced Honeywel non-contact magnetic sensor for detecting changes in magnetic field angles and is equipped with a Motorola microprocessor system. It can achieve functions such as liquid crystal indication, accumulation, remote transmission output (4-20mA), pulse output, and upper and lower limit alarm output. This type of intelligent signal transmitter features extremely high precision and reliability. It can completely replace imported instruments of the same type, and features high cost performance, multi-parameter calibration, power failure protection and other characteristics.

The design and manufacture of the metal tube float flowmeter also take into account the user’s process flow direction requirements, and it is available in vertical installation type, top-in bottom-out installation type, and side-in side-out installation type. Installation methods such as bottom-in and side-out installation, threaded connection, and horizontal installation are available for selection.
